OUTSIDE PROPERTIES: Sides are completely isolated, half of the outer-walls are coated with special rocks, and the other half is protected with outerside type paint. Windows are made of dual-glass and PVC framed. The surroundings of the building is covered with a garden of 150m2, and it is composed of roses. Terrace at the top have a complete view of sea and it is very servicable.

INSIDE PROPERTIES: Door inside are specially wooden-coated, floor is covered with kalebodur faience, and the staircase is made of marble. The entrance (main) door is steel, and outer part is with ferforge. Upstairs: 2 rooms, bathroom, toilet and warehouse. Midstairs: French (open) style MDF coated very servicable kitchen with a sea view. At the downstairs, there is a veranda with barbecue that is covered with glass so that it breaks the wind in winter and summer.

CITY-STATE PROPERTIES: City is protected with private security organization and have a private beach, restaurant, game salon, and a grocery shop. Each Friday, there is a service available for going to the Seferihisar Bazaar place.

ARRIVAL: It has a distance of 60km’s to İzmir, and there is an autobahn up to Seferihisar. Also, it is approximately 60km to Çeşme and Kuşadası. Arrival is very easy with publicbus, and minibus.
